Custom Color Overrides & Contrast
Learn how to customize your primary and secondary brand colors with automatic text contrast.
If your club has specific brand guidelines or official hex colors, you can apply Theme Overrides on top of any chosen preset.
Step 1: Open Theme Overrides
In the Theme & Appearance settings view, locate the Theme Overrides card directly below the preset selector.

Step 2: Customizing Primary and Secondary Colors
You can customize:
- Primary Brand Color: Used on main action buttons, active navigation indicators, and primary highlights.
- Secondary Color: Used on secondary buttons, badges, and accent elements.
To change a color:
- Click the color swatch box to open the native color picker, or type an exact hex code into the input field (e.g.
#2563eb). - The platform automatically calculates the ideal high-contrast text color (e.g. white or dark text on buttons) to ensure accessibility compliance.
- The live preview immediately reflects your new brand colors.
Step 3: Reverting to Preset Defaults
If you want to reset your customized colors back to the preset’s original palette, click the Revert button at the top of the Theme Overrides card.
